SIG is developing a business line in the field of industrial land provision as an added value for stakeholders.

The industrial segment is not overlooked by SIG. The company, which focuses on providing building material solutions, has complemented its business portfolio with industrial land provision services for stakeholders.

Through PT Kawasan Industri Gresik (KIG), one of SIG's subsidiaries that has a joint venture partnership with Petrokimia Gresik, it operates in the field of industrial land provision, factory buildings, warehouses, and business and property centers. The current operational areas include providing industrial areas in Gresik and Tuban.

The offered industrial areas come complete with facilities and infrastructure, such as clean water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment installations, drainage systems, electricity, gas, and reliable environmental security. As the manager of the Gresik Industrial Area (±135 Ha) and the Tuban Industrial Area (±200 Ha), KIG has been trusted as a location provider for factories and warehouses by various industries, including petrochemicals, gas processing, metals, steel, and minerals processing, wood processing, seafood processing, food and beverage processing, as well as retail and distribution warehousing.
