How to Order

Ordering Process
For new consumers, here are the administrative requirements that must be met:

1. The company must be legally registered.
2. Submit a written request along with the following documents:
   - Notary deed of company establishment.
   - Business Location Permit (SITU).
   - Trading Business License (SIUP) and/or Permanent Business License (SIUT).
   - Provide a delivery address and/or Proof of Warehouse Ownership/Rental.
   - Devisa Bank Reference.
   - Proof of Taxable Entrepreneur (PKP).
   - Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).
   - Power of Attorney for signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement, if the respective officer is not listed in the Notary deed.
   - Fill out the Customer Candidate Form provided by PTKS.

To place an order for PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk products, please include the following data:

Product Specifications
- Applicable standard specification.
- Steel grade.
- Chemical composition, mechanical properties, size tolerances should be provided if the order is outside normal specifications.
- Surface finish for cold-rolled steel products (oil and surface conditions).

Quantity
- Weight in kilograms, metric tons, or quantity.

Dimensions
- All product dimension aspects in millimeters (thickness, width, length for flat products, cross-section size, diameter, length for long products).

Usage
- The usage (end-use) of the product should be clearly stated, such as processing, condition (hot or cold), processing direction (length or width, dimensions, severity of processing, welding method, and machining).

Delivery
- Destination of delivery.
- Delivery conditions and time.
- Packing type.

Special Requirements
- Packing
- Details for special treatments such as ultrasonic testing, sulfur print, etc.
